We offer a variety of classes for different fitness and experience levels. A basics class is always a good starting point if you're new to yoga or looking to reacquaint yourself with your practice. If you have any questions about which class is right for you, please contact us.

Class types, Explained

Basics

Learn fundamentals of poses through clear instruction and individual attention. This slower-paced class provides clarity in the postures while also building strength and flexibility. 

You should take this class if: You are new to yoga, want to take things a bit slower, or are looking to revisit the principles of poses and flow.

Open

Explore your practice and move deeper into poses. Expect longer, faster paced flow sequences and introduction of more advanced poses.

You should take this class if: You have been attending basics classes for at least four months.

Open align

Learn the fundamentals of yoga postures and gain confidence & strength. You will develop body awareness, learn proper alignment of basic poses, and practice coordinating breath with movement.

You should take this class if: You are looking to deepen their understanding of postural alignment. Open to all levels of practice.

Open flow +

Our most advanced class on the schedule. Deepen your understanding of yoga, both physically and mentally. Move through vigorous sequences and inversions, building to a peak pose. Dharma woven throughout, with chanting and meditation in every class.

Appropriate for students comfortable in Open level classes and in good physical health.

Open / Restorative

Begins with an open level practice and finishes with a series of relaxing, restorative poses to release stress and rejuvenate the body and mind.

You should take this class if: You have been attending basics classes for at least four months and you're looking for something slower and sweeter.

SYSTEM REBOOT

Explore the slow melt of yin postures, pranayama, mantra, and meditation as we prepare for the week ahead. 

You should take this class if: You're ready to dive even deeper into your meditation practice. This is the perfect class for someone looking to relax, release and allow.
